The Pensacola Police Department is a collective bargaining unit. The Jim "Billy" Barnes FOP Lodge ne go it at es with the City of Pensacola on behalf of the men and women of the police department. The officers, sergeants and lieutenants have formed their separate bargaining units. The collective bargaining unit was formed in 2003 when the majority of the police officers and police sergeants voted to unionize. The intention of the FOP is to look out for the best interest of the police force and the citizens of Pensacola.

        The police officers' labor committee is headed by Brother Shawn Dockery. Shawn will be providing updates of upcoming negotiations on this web page.
