Each Fall, the Jim "Billy" Barnes FOP Lodge hosts a golf tournament. The golf tournament is the sole fund raiser for the lodge. 2009 Golf TournamentThe success of the golf tournament is imperative to the lodge's mission to support the men and women of the Pensacola Police Department in times of need. Each year the golf tournament grows and gets better. We encourage you to become apart of this event as a sponsor or a player. The tournament is open to the general public.

 

Date: 09/17/11

Time: Registration at 11:00, putting contest begins at noon.

Location: Perdido Bay Golf Course

 

Teams of four can register for $320 ($80 each individual). Registration includes the following:

  • Green fee and cart rental
  • Entry into the putting contest
  • Unlimited driving range practice beforehand
  • Bountiful gift bags
  • Entry into door prizes (lavish gifts such as a television will be given away)
  • Lunch and dinner
  • Unlimited drinks (alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages)
  • Entry into the longest drive contest
  • Entry into closest to the pin contest

            Business can take part in the golf tournament in one of two ways. Business can sponsor a team or a business can make a monetary donation. We also seek door prize donations from local businesses. In every case, the FOP will recognize every business that contributes to the golf tournament. Businesses who donate more than $500 are eligible to have a booth at the tournament. All donor business can provide literature to include in the gift bags. Businesses who donate at least $1,000 will receive two tickets to the FOP Police Ball. See the sponsorship form below for more information.
