Welcome to the Internet home for the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 71, which is known as the Jim Billy Barnes Memorial Lodge. Lodge 71 is the lodge for the men and women who serve the citizens of Pensacola, Fl. The lodge was founded in 1969 by Jim "Billy" Barnes. Throughout the years, the lodge has been actively involved in the community we serve. While the main focus of the lodge is to support the law enforcement officers of Pensacola, we are also actively involved with many charitable organizations that support those who are less fortunate.

Every year we host two major events: a golf tournament and a ball. Both of the events are held in the fall. To support the officers of Pensacola, we use the golf tournament as a fund raising event. The ball serves as a time for the FOP members to get together and acknowledge those who earned recognition by the FOP president or chief of police. Interested in attending the golf tournament or FOP ball? Visit those separate pages under the events section for further information.
